Well, the property is falsely advertised as having the whole property to yourself but you don't. Tenants are living in the basement with dogs which were never an issue but should be mentioned in the description. Another thing that is also not mentioned is the cleaning fee and deposit which they ask for on Revolut or Bizum so they can return your deposit the same way. But my messages and calls are being ignored for my deposit refund which I was told would be done last week which it hasn't. On the night we arrived, we could not connect to the Wi-Fi using the handwritten password or scanning the QR code. So we messaged the property manager the following day about this asking if they could help us with this issue if they could type out the password from the photo of the code in the book in case we were entering it incorrectly. From then on they only corresponded to us in Spanish although before this they could type in English. As previously mentioned in other guest reviews slats in the bed are still broken, double bed is very uncomfortable due to the base of the bed falling apart. Exposed wall socket in the bedroom with the single beds so very dangerous if you have young children. Thankfully my children were older so they understood not to touch it even if there's no electricity going to it it should be covered just in case it is live. Pool in need of repairs and goes deep very quickly after the steps. Kitchen cutlery very sparce still as previously noted in other guest reviews.

Little things, only 1 teaspoon (we bought 2 more and left them for future visitors) and odd assortment of mugs, cups, glasses, ok as only 2 of us, but larger group may have to search for more!
