Villa Isabel by Sun & Sea Homes

Everything. The villa and the outside areas is absolutely filthy. The chairs, sun beds, beds, bathrooms, kitchen etc were all so dirty and dated. I will describe a few of the issues we had; The pool turned all the children’s hair and clothes green after a few hours. Someone came and fixed this after 3 days. The kitchens were completely inadequate, everything is falling apart or doesn’t work. Everything in the kitchen had to be throughly washed and cleaned before being used. The dishwasher stank. We spent hours cleaning when we first got there. The chairs and all seating areas were again filthy, worn, dated and not fit for purpose. 2 bedrooms have damp all over the ceiling and walls. The wardrobe door fell off on day 1, almost on a child. Someone came to look at it however he never returned. The same with the parasol, no one came to fix that. The sun lounger beds were horrendous. The agent replaced these on day 2, however he didn’t replace the chair ones. These were filthy, ripped and weren’t fit for a dog. Thick cobwebs were all over the villa. The towels were thin and unusable. The villa is unsafe and nothing like the photos shown. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms, not in any other area as advertised.

Few tweaks would improve it: No mirrors in bedrooms Towels small and thin, Some extra blankets/fleeces in wardrobes grubby No welcome pack Basics lacking: no tea towels, wash up liquid etc.
