the communication with staff / owner is very poor, absolutely no welcome pack of any description the mattresses are badly needing replaced, the room utilised as a bedroom in basement the mattress was infested see pictures of bites so we could not use that room also 35 degrees and no aircon in that room, found cockroaches in ground floor toilet and in basement there was nothing left for treating insect problems, cctv and speakers for listening inside property and round sitting areas and pool was an invasion of privacy we were not advised of at booking, socket hanging from wall in utility room by cables dangerous as you were standing in water leaking from either washing machine (which was as cheap as you can get) or pool filtration system, no one came within a 10 night stay to replace bedding or towels we had to spend a full day washing all bedding with no where to dry it had to hang it over walls same with towels, dangerous pipe tail sticking out wall in upper bathroom, upper toilet pan literally 2" from wall a joke, tiles missing from stairs in pool one of my daughters cut her foot exiting the pool because of it, covers for filtration system in pool missing, the list goes on we arrived to be told do not use gates to exit complex this meant going up and down flight of stairs to exit or enter through garage everytime you were coming or going with only one remote for garage this caused big problems for our group also three members were disabled and we had to do this for 6 days, on last day we went to leave and gates were chained again without notice absolute farce. we tried to contact Booking.

We love the villa and the location have stayed before and have booked again for next year!

Communication from Marco was not great last year we had a problem with the pool heater and same problem this year each time was fixed but we were over halfway thru the stay before it was back heated again and that spoiled it for some of our party who couldn't get in the pool that cold. It was a little worrying that if a real problem that we could not contact anyone but all in all we had a great week

Really clean property, well kept and spacious. Felt like a home from home. Really appreciated the BBQ. Pool was lovely and heated and the views were great. The patio had sun throughout the day.

“Amazing stay for a family with kids, the heated pool was a really nice bonus !”

Spacious well equipped house, really enjoyed staying there, we were there with 3 families and kids. The hosts were really accommodating. The heated pool was a really nice bonus we used it every day. We didn't want a pool initially because we were there with small kids but really enjoyed swimming in the afternoons and evenings in the pool. The kids enjoyed it as well. The location was also good, close to supermarkets and the beach, just a short drive away, we had 2 cars there was enough parking for them underground or around the house. Easy access to the main motorway TF1. There is a lot of construction in the area but this didnt bother us the house is well positioned and the construction sites are only visible on the drive toward the house.

To be improved

I would suggest removing the decorative pillows on the beds, some of these were stained and gave the wrong impression initially. The house was clean and it had a lot of facilities. The glass kitchen door is transparent and the kids bumped into it a few times when it was closed, might need some additional stickers also at a lower level to warn kids when its closed.
