“Brilliant stay at Villa Isla De Lobos - May 2025”

Just returned from a trip to Puerto del carmen and stayed at Villa Isla De Lobos and was very pleased with the Villa. It was a brilliant location only about 8 min walk down to the strip. There was a spar super market within a couple of mins walk too. The villa was very clean and tidy. Well presented and the outdoor space was brilliant. We went as a group of 6, 3 adults and 3 children. The children loved the pool and the upstairs balcony too. Everything you needed in the Villa, the staff were great an answering questions in advance too and provided a great overview of anything we may need. The air con was a bonus too.

To be improved

Only thing we would say needs to be improved is the pillows, they were very thin and it would have been good to have some extra pillows for more comfort. Also the seating area on the balcony could do with some pillows to make more comfortable to sit on.

Very dirty mattress covered in stains dirty bedding on beds, broken doors and windows shutters. House its self is tried needs updating. Pool wasn’t clean so couldn’t use

Location is perfect and the house was exceptionally large and had everything we needed . Very clean inside and the pool and terrace areas and the view from the terrace was perfect! Staff were extremely helpful and the whole process was seamless

To be improved

Perhaps just some basics left in for new guests ie water , washing up liquid etc

Property needs updating as mould in all bedrooms and bathroom. AVOID

To be improved

Mould in all bedrooms & bathroom, hot water for one shower as the tank is too small for number of guests the villa holds. Cold pool and dirty so didn’t use it. This property needs updating and shouldn’t be available to book. Beds uncomfortable and dirty only one sheet & throw over house is cold at night, our heating in our bedroom didn’t work and you can have only one air unit on as it blows the fuse box. Not a good stay at all.
