“Good villa, which we enjoyed. Would benefit from a little updating…”

The best

Beautiful old stone villa - down a long narrow lane but still only 10 mins from town and we lived being away from the noise etc. 6 full double bedrooms. Amazing pool area (albeit furniture tired). We don’t like the villa to start with but it did grow on us towards the end of the week. It would be a great place for 2 or 3 families as so much room.

To be improved

Photos are probably 8-10 years old so furniture inside and out is tired but usable. No aircon in kitchen (so that gets very warm) or the two living rooms, although the latter didn’t get too hot. There was a farmer who’s property backs on to the villa who came and went as he pleased, as he was both doing gardening and also maintenance whenever he liked - we are used to gardeners coming once a week for an hour. Maybe he is the owner. We found it disconcerting. For £5k+ a week in peak time we expected better quality of furniture etc.

“Good villa for big group”

The best

Great villa for big groups. Nice pool with loads of loungers & seating areas. Hi spec bathrooms & comfy beds. Remote location so doesn’t feel like you have to be quiet. If you have a car location is good for going into Pollenca. Beautiful mountain surroundings.

To be improved

No cleaning products/bin bags/helpful kitchen or bathroom items were left for us which isn’t great, and when we arrived it wasn’t that clean. We had to clean up some food & ants. Villa outside area isn’t as big as in photos - photos are somewhat misleading. Communication with hosts was poor - we had no wifi and they replied about it on the day we left… no other communication during our stay.
