Igor provided a warm welcome despite the late arrival.
Ideal location for a quiet stay with family or friends.
The pool is cleaned every Monday, which suggests a good maintenance policy.
Highly recommended villa with friendly service.
The amenities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
The villa is very well equipped.
“Perfect. Would highly recommend”
A lovely villa nestled in the hills above Costa Adeje. Superb views of the ocean, sunset and surrounding mountains. Pool is in the sun all day long and is very clean, weekly maintenance man comes by to clean. The house itself is well equipped with flat screen tvs, fully stocked kitchen, washing machines and dishwasher. Rooms are spacious all with interconnecting balcony at front with the amazing views. 3 bathrooms, 1 downstairs and 2 up (master with en suite) makes getting even a large family showered etc easy. Igor was amazing to deal with, quick communications via booking.com then WhatsApp. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything.
Nothing noteworthy at all. Great stay in a lovely villa

Air conditioned, clean pool, everything perfect
“Value for money and excellent place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone.”
The place is stunning. Air con throughout the villa. Spacious rooms. En-suite in the master bedroom. Balcony with a beautiful view of Adeje. Not even mentioned the private pool. Value for the money you can’t go wrong with this place.
The only issue we had was that this place was out of the way. Towards the top of the hill. Not really a huge issue for us because we are early 20s so we walked down most days which took us about an hour, but always had to take taxis back up and also to las americas which can be costly. Most taxis charged us close to 10 euro to get from the villa to Adeje. We also rented a car, think that’s essential if you want to stay here.
“Needs a little work...”
The outside space and pool were awesome. There is plenty of room, huge private pool and a barbecue (but no coals available) The off street carparking gave a better sense of security. There was a supermarket down the road and although expensive was still handy to have. It opened early and closed at 11.45pm. There was a dishwasher a modern fridge and a clothes washing machine which all worked perfectly.
Although the pool is amazing, there was a lot of algae that stuck to pool toys and the sides after a few days. The pool cleaners arrived early Monday morning and wiped the sides and were gone after 20 minutes (we weren't informed they were coming and they frightened my wife and children) Maybe needs a new/better filter system. I had to use a brush and scrub our pool inflatables to remove green algae. (Photo attached) There are a lot of security cameras inside the house, which is kind of strange but we ignored them. The downstairs jet shower doesn't work, only the detachable head. One of the doors/door frames of one of the bedrooms was damaged and would not close at all. The balcony door of the master bedroom would not open even with the key in it. The lock is damaged/broken. The downstairs toilet took a very long time to refill after one flush. The fitting holding the shower head in the upstairs bathroom would not hold the shower head and needs replacing. The flush buttons also need replacing here, too. We arrived late and stayed for 8 nights. There was 1 toilet roll in each of three bathrooms, and we had to buy more. There were not enough towels for us (a family of 4). we used bath mats to dry our hands, and the towels were very, very old and worn. There was only one hand soap available between the three bathrooms. There was no sugar/tea/coffee/ bottled water available for us on our arrival. There are 8 chairs in the dining area, yet a very small, uncomfortable old and worn leather couch in the sitting room. As a family, we could not sit here in the evenings in comfort. There were no spare bin bags, and we weren't told what way bins/recycling worked. The beds were not very comfortable, and there was no spare linen for extra pillows. There was one dirty blanket on one of the beds that we washed ourselves, and my son slept on the fold out bed instead of the 2 single beds pushed together.
