Villa Juana Large Private Pool AC WiFi

The bed in master bedroom was extremely rocky! Needed tightening up as literally rocked from side to side! The towels were very thin indeed , grey and rough and to be honest need replacing . It would have been nice to have had some bottled water on arrival . As we didn’t arrive until after the supermarkets had closed and had 2 small children , we had to go out looking for water late at night. That was very stressful as we didn’t know the area . Ended up at Burger King as needed food too.We were also surprised not to have any toilet rolls or hand soap supplied, as would consider these basic needs .

We were there for 10 days and there was no cleaning service and No clean towels. The oven was useless and we were unable to cook even the most basic things. (I think the seal on the door doesn't work). The electricity throughout the building was very sketchy and we had lights out in two of the bedrooms for a couple of days and they miraculously came back on.

Nothing major, just that a few things were broken or didn’t work.
