Property is in a lovely location with everything you need inside, facilities are really nice and the views are amazing.

The lack of communication leading up to the holiday between the owners was shocking. Booking.com were completely useless in helping and after many long phone calls wasting my time, they eventually began to hang up the phone on me (booking not the villa). The website the villa asks you to check in with BOOKIRENTALS.com, this is a giant waste of time on a very poorly managed website. The cleaners who basically manage the property out there need all the details of which you are told to fill in on the website anyways so don’t waste your time, wait till they contact you asking for the details. Genuinely had a lovely holiday but also had some stress with booking.com’s taxi service which in the end costed me another 100 for a taxi they could not change nor refund. I don’t think I will be using booking.com anymore after this holiday as after spending thousands on this holiday I believe there are better options out there which would help and support better. Booking caused me nothing but stress as did the bookirentals management.
