Villa KAZUMI

the member of staff was very rude to me and has demanded money from me and false accused me of damage to the property that was not there when i left the property and can not provide me wirh any evidence that this was not presents on my arrival

Whilst basically equipped the kitchen could do with a few more items. Cooking knives, scissors, oven dishes and some new induction hob pans now a new hob has been installed. Due to the cooler and windy weather the pool could have done with being a bit warmer.

Beds were very small and uncomfortable

This villa was Dirty upon arrival & not equipped for self catering. Spent 3hrs cleaning, apparently according to the management company it’s the guests responsibility to clean the BBQ,-I wasn’t sure if that was the ones arriving or the ones departing! It might help if there was equipment to do this, we sent photos to the property manager & it was met with “Pfff” She did offer to send the cleaning lady back the next day (by this point we had food in the newly cleaned fridge) but why wasn’t it done in the first place. The oven was disgusting. No wine glasses, basic cooking utensils, BBQ cooking or cleaning utensils, breakfast bowls, bottle opener etc.If you plan to cook the local produce during your stay you may need to add to the stuff we purchased. There was no washing up bowl or plugs-these arrived half way through our stay. 1 lamp between 3 bedrooms & 4 coat hangers for potentially 6 guests & no hairdryer even though we asked this question before arrival. Not sure what has happened to the management of this property-we booked based on previous reviews! It could be so much more, huge TV, X-Box & Mac but no bulb in the lounge lamp! Seems the entertainment has consumed the budget for the basics! I would not describe this as a fully equipped self catering villa & we have stayed all over the world in “basic” accommodation, this is not advertised as basic. The outside space is a huge asset but Would benefit from seat pads for outside dining & a parasol for shade. The broken sun lounger was still there when we left, really disappointed with this villa, as I say we booked based on previous reviews but arrived to something totally different! We were not expecting the Ritz but a clean villa actually equipped for self catering would have been value for money. Sad but we won’t be returning which is a huge pity as it seems everyone else has had the best of this villa.

There is no air conditioning in the villa but did have fans in every bedroom but was really hard to sleep with the heat. But was expected
