Close to shops, restaurants and marina. Place was clean

Quiet location. Close to bus stop and supermarket.

The location is great. It's quiet but only about 8 mins walk from Marina Rubicon. There's plenty of storage space in the property and there was a decent supply of food (bread, butter, cheese, ham, coffee, etc) to get you started. The rooms are a decent size. The villa was clean. We didn't use the pool and didn't check whether it was warm or not. When we did have an issue, we received responses very quickly and those issues were resolved for us.

Lovely property within walking distance to shops / marina. Check in was very easy and nice welcome back awaiting us on arrival. Would recommend this property.

I stayed in this villa last week and it was exceptional. The views were absolutely stunning and the villa was spotless. The host was exceptional aswel she kept in contact with us incase there was any problems throughout our holiday. It was only 5minute walk down to the Marina. Will definitely be staying here again. Wow, what can we say. Thank you so much to Natalie for being such a brilliant host. We have never stayed somewhere and been so well looked-after by a host. We were away for my Birthday, and Natalie left a lovely welcome package and little gift for me upon arrival- such a lovely and kind touch. Also, Natalie was very prompt to answer any questions, and very accommodating when it came to checking-out of the property in accordance with our flight time. The villa itself was in a brilliant location, within 10 minutes walking distance you can access everything you need (restaurants/ shops/ market/ Rubicon Marina). Instructions for check in were clear, and the house was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and very nicely decorated. The view out the upstairs windows is absolutely gorgeous, looking out over the marina and out to sea. Comfortable beds, and 2 modern and spacious bathrooms with waterfall showers. The outside area is spacious and has everything you need for a lovely time- a large dining table, sun loungers, smaller table and chairs, bbq, pool etc. Thank you so much again Natalie for a lovely stay, and we hope to return again as soon as we can!!!
