“A beautiful villa...perfect holiday”

The best

A fantastic villa, stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing! On the edge of a nature reserve with beautiful views. A 5 minute drive to the village which has lots of shops and restaurants.

To be improved

Everything was amazing. Would maybe suggest an extra parasol or 2...not that I'm complaining about the incredible sunshine we had!

This was a home from home but with a lovely pool to dip in whenever we wanted. You definitely need a car though as too far to walk to town.

The property was beautiful with amazing views and situated in a lovely quite area not far from the shops and restaurants with amazing walks around the Rio seco dry river bed. The pool was lovely and was big which our children spent all of their spare time in . The villa itself was very roomy and had lovely rooms which were very clean and comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn’t like .

A beautifully arranged villa with uninterrupted views across the countryside. Loved the darker cooler bedrooms being situated downstairs and the bright open plan living areas all being situated upstairs! Really made the most of the views. Helpful, friendly owners/hosts. Lovely clean pool, the photos make it look smaller. We loved the large terrace, comfy beds, hot tub was a bonus for the children as the pool was a little cool. It was very quiet and we hardly saw any cars go past. The little village (campo verde) was so cheap to go out for meals and we liked the restaurants there. The steps didn’t bother us (referred to in past reviews) although wouldn’t be good for elderly as we found we were always going up and down stairs! Owners left us a bottle of wine, water and washing up bits and pieces, toilet rolls, etc. There was also hand soap in all the dispensers and beach towels as well as bath towels. This was very considerate and much appreciated.

We actually liked everything and would highly recommend, but if we had to be very picky these were the things people in our party raised: - No drawers in the smaller double with en-suite; moved some furniture from the master so our friends could unpack - fridge was not very cold but a new one arrived during our stay (will be available for future guests) - the biting insects spoilt our evenings (even deet didn’t work to repel them). We had to either go out or stay inside which was such a shame because evenings on the terrace was something we’d all looked forward to - we were a party of seven and couldn’t all fit around the outdoor dining table or all have a comfy outdoor chair at the same time. - BBQ was a bit small and basic but we managed
