“Amazing stay!”

The best

The house was beautiful, quiet, clean, and so spacious. It had a lot of nice additional extra facilities and things which made us feel comfortable and at home; a lovely swimming pool, sun loungers, board games, access to streaming services on the TV, washing machine and dryer, BBQ; the list goes on! The location was great too - just a 15-minute drive from central Malaga and a 10-minute walk to the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from in the neighbourhood too if you don't want to head into the city. Finally, Olga was a fantastic host and very accommodating - she was welcoming, friendly, had quick and clear communication, and she was flexible with check-out time, which we appreciated a lot. We'd love to go back again next summer! 😊

“Unsafe accommodation in present state, would not meet British safety standards, a rip off”

The hosts were friendly and helpful although a folder explaining how to work the cooker etc would have been helpful as would details about the local area, transport etc. The accommodation was clean and air con ok.

To be improved

The Villa was unsafe, particularly for children and we decided to leave after 3 nights and moved to more suitable accommodation for the remaining 5 nights of our holiday. It was not made clear in the Villa description that the accommodation was up two flights of steep concrete steps along the side of which was a glass partition which formed the wall to the dining room. This glass partition did not appear to be safety glass and as it was open plan to the living room it was impossible to keep the children away from it. An electrical pendant light in the living room was hanging loosely from the ceiling and was very low. Outside was also unsafe, the pool was surrounded by mismatched pieces of artificial grass which had gaps between and were not secured down properly making it easy to trip up on them. The steps down into the pool in the shallow end were missing quite a lot of mosaic tiles making them sharp , my granddaughter cut her foot on them the day we decided to leave. We did not enjoy our time there as it was impossible to relax for fear of someone being injured so we found alternative accommodation for the remainder of our holiday.
