“A lovely apartment in a very quiet and peaceful location with great views”
The best

The apartment is fully refurbished and to a very good standard. The shower was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. It had a fantastic view from the garden. A lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. The TV was a good size and we were able to log into our Netflix account on it. There was plenty of space for us both as we were attending a wedding and needed room to get ready. The host was a lovely man Antonio who led us to the property as its a bit hard to locate. It was fantastic to have so much space for parking off the road.

To be improved

We enjoyed our stay so nothing that we didn't like. If it needs some improvement it would be a new kettle and a good welcome book to tell you what is around the location and the number of the taxi. These are just suggestions.

“Superb”
The best

The villa is modern, very spacious, amazing views of the Teide and the ocean, quick strong internet, and private parking adjacent to the entrance

To be improved

There are unfortunately 4 minuses which reduce the rating from 10 to 9, which previous guests have already complained about and better be dealt with: 1. The location of booking.com is incorrect, and it takes a while to clear with the host how to get to the villa. 2. There is no air conditioning or heating and it was cold. 3. It was raining and we needed laundry drying rack. 4. It takes quite sometime (up to 5 minutes!!) running water before you get hot water for shower, which is quite frustrating. It took a bit of time but eventually the owner Antonio – a very nice and accommodating fellow (who speaks only Spanish) helped us with a portable heater, portable drying rack and explanation concerning the water issue. It is a pity because otherwise the Villa is amazing.

“Exceptional”
The best

Modern, comfortable apartment at the center of Tenerife, close to the highway. The host lives next door, so he met us upon artival. This is a two bedroom apartment, very quiet, secured parking. Definitly deserves 10. Just note to use booking for the direction, as house numbers are mixed up. We found it to be on C. Canales 4D on google maps or Waze.

To be improved

Needs some more light over the dining table.

“Beautiful house with an amazing view”
The best

Villa la Casita is the perfect base for exploring the northern part of the island. The house is modern, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. My husband and I had the entire house to ourselves, but I would highly recommend it for families with 1-2 children as well. The house was spotlessly clean, and the view from the kitchen window and terrace is absolutely breathtaking. :) We truly enjoyed our stay and are especially grateful to Antonio for his kindness and warm welcome during check-in.

“we enjoyed the morning and the view the most. its in the mids of winery region”
The best

the balcony has a see view and faces big garden. you can also see Tiede. just bring coffee beans along to enjoy a beautiful peaceful morning on the terrace with fresh coffee (cafetiera in the kitchen). Apartment is brand new and spotless clean. there is a parking space inside the property. owners dont speak English but are incredibly kind and helpful. google map takes you to the wrong place - the owner came with his car to get us in the middle of the night and we followed him to the proper location.
