Traditional style villa in a rural setting. Excellent outside cooking area. Comfortable beds and air conditioning available. Plenty of sun-beds / outside seating. Pool in good clean condition.

To be improved

Would benefit from umbrellas around the pool. Oven could do with updating Better signage at end off the road as difficult to find on first day

“Lovely comfortable convenient property for a Mallorca holiday.”

The best

The property is well located to access transit, groceries and restaurants if you don’t mind walking or riding a bike. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The beds are cozy and this is a very quiet area. The yard and pool area are well maintained the owner of the property drops by regularly to check the fruit trees. He is respectful of your privacy but also close by if you need assistance with anything. Felt like home.

To be improved

Old and poor TV that we gave up on. Yes satellite is installed and excellent if you understand German or only want to watch BBC world news. Pity we couldn't stream to the TV from iPad it would have been useful, at times.

“Gorgeous location and amazing villa and especially pool !”

The best

The outside area was amazing - beautiful pool, lovely gardens, lots of seating and a bbq area. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. It was stunning actually. The nice gentleman maintaining the pool and garden was friendly and totally unobtrusive. It was good to feel someone was keeping an eye and it was only for a short time each day.The agents looking after the villa were very responsive.

To be improved

The road is very narrow so if hiring a car bear this mind!

Bed was comfortable, pool was clean and adequate but on the small side

To be improved

Very cramped living area, not suitable for a family of 5 with 3 young children. The house had an old/damp smell. Crockery and cutlery needed further cleaning before you used it. More suitable for a couple. No air conditioning in the main part of the house only in the bedrooms. Fan didn’t work.

we love the gardens and the features of the property which is traditional, the clean pool, location of the property.

To be improved

we would have liked notice as to when the owner turned up to clean the pool, as we never knew when to expect him, although he is lovely and friendly we do like our privacy, perhaps an agreed time for his arrival would be better in the future.
