Great communal spaces, great pool area and out door dinning, perfect for large groups, we were on a stag do so was perfect for our needs.

Our favourite part of the Villa was the pool, it was good size and well maintained, however our swim clothing was turned yellow and eyes irritated by the high content of chlorine in the pool. Plenty of space for large groups and plenty of space to eat and enough fridges to store food drinks for large groups.

To be improved

The property location wasn’t great and you definitely require a car. The next door neighbour is Fire & Police station, loud announcements and sirens constantly going off especially on the weekend in the middle of the night. Smoke and burning smells on occasions when they done practice runs. The electricity tripped on many occasions. The water went completely off on the 15th and 16th of August and on contacting management of the Villa they said it was not their issue. Rats in the garden in the evening. The games room had a bad odour and the dart board and Karaoke machine didn’t work. Games room was poor in general. We had to buy ping pong balls for table tennis and hard to locate them in the area, bought them in Alicante town in the end. The basement where the TV chill out space had a musty stringent odour also. On the last day when inspected by Villa management Maria, she said the speaker was broken and one of the Karaoke mics. We explained we couldn’t use the Karaoke machine and genuinely did not use the mic at all, there was clear evidence that the speaker had been superglued on many occasions. We felt she kept our deposit unfairly and we believe this happens all the time and the cash deposit not returned is used to pay the cleaners on the day. Renter beware, we should have received compensation not money taken away unfairly.
