Beautiful villa on the beach

For my husband and I, this was our second stay at Villa La Maja. We had such an amazing stay first time round, we booked again and hope to go back next year too. We've been coming to Corralejo for 15 years and this is the best place we have stayed. The villa is perfect, it's clean, comfortable and a wonderful place to relax right by the sea, we love it. Only a 15-20 minute walk into town along the beach to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The villa also has a lovely, well maintained garden with plenty of seating areas which we used regularly. It was lovely having our morning tea/coffee just watching the world go by. Francisco, the owner, and Vicky, the manager were great. Very attentive and nothing too much trouble. We were sad to leave but hopefully we'll be there again in 2026.

The villa was perfect; it was equipped with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the well-maintained garden, which had an exceptionally rich and beautiful collection of drought-tolerant plants. It was close to beautiful beaches, ferries to Lobos, and just a 20-minute walk to the town center. Yet, it was calm and quiet at night. During the day, the beach bar in the neighborhood is open, but it was not disturbing at all. It was a very good base to explore the northern part of the island (though you do need a car for this).
