Location, facilities. Really well equipped. All bedrooms are a good size.

To be improved

Pool wasn’t cleaning or filling up properly at first. Air con wasn’t working on arrival in the main house. Reported to the contact on Saturday but was Monday before we got a response. All got fixed but customer service from the admin team could have been better.

“Terrible! Un safe villa no security!”

Lovely views - but exposed to people on the rocks watching in, the people who robbed us must sat at watched and seen us go to bed! Has a side access right next to it for public, perfect escape!

AVOID THIS VILLA! We arrived here on the 16th June, early hours 20th June we were burgled they came into our rooms when sleeping, no forced entry, whoever broke up had keys or knew someone. When we spoke to the security company all cameras/alarms were turned off 5 days before we arrived, and the cameras were covered in tissue paper. It all doesn’t add up! We have 2 small children, we were so shook up. This happens a lot around this villa the police said, don’t come here! This villa company are horrendous won’t help us with refunding any of our money as we left half way, we still haven’t received our deposit back and they are ignoring emails. Booking.com said they should give us money back but now booking.com are being horrendous with their customer service and we are having so many issues speaking to anyone, they just end the call. They took all our money, handbags, purse, glasses and lots of other stuff. Don’t book and go what we went through!
