Villa Las Flores

made a deposit of 500 euros, no one returned the money, although after inspecting the villa they wrote that the money would arrive the next day, so the condition in which we returned the villa satisfied them, it is not possible to contact them, both at the time when we were there and now when it is time to return the deposit

Villa requires some maintenace for example: Some lighting outside was not working. Washing machine was sometimes working sometimes not. Dryer was not working at all. Dishwasher was not washing the dishes properly, always had to rewash some of the dishes. But all this was just a minor incovenience that did not affect our stay there too much.

1. We paid extra money (20 euros per day) for pool heating, but it doesn’t work properly and water temperature was only 21-22 degrees, but they didn’t back our money. 2. The smell in one bathroom was horrible. That bathroom is in main bedroom, so every night you need to sleep with horrible sewage smell. Also all showers heads are broken, doors in the bathroom are broken, you can’t lock them. 3. There is cockroach in this property. They are running on you at night when you are sleeping. 4. There is NO communication with property managers. If you have a problem and want to text them - don’t expect the answer for 2-3 days. Overall the villa would be really good, except these 4 points. And they really need deep clean.

There was a bad drain smell coming from the en-suite bathroom, and the pool pump room omitted a very loud squeaking noise from the fan which interrupted the peace! Being picky though!
