The best

Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. Staff are very attentive. Room had a lovely view of the sea, the pool and the local nature.

To be improved

Our room was next to the cleaning staff accessories room so sometimes they were a bit loud and banging doors too much but that stopped after we mentioned something.

The best

Everything from start to finish was excellent. We arrived with children who were swiftly accompanied to the kids club while we checked in. Kids club is superb and stuff there are excellent and super friendly, for us it was the first kids club that kids actually wanted to stay in, our boys are 6 years old and our daughter is almost 3 and they all loved it. We really enjoyed our 2 bedroom suite, it was very comfortable for a size of family we had (2 adults and 3 children). We really enjoyed our stay and can’t thank all the staff that went out of their way to help us.

To be improved

If I had to pick something, I would say it would have been a bonus if outdoor pool was heated as we stayed at the hotel end of May and maybe it wasn’t warm enough for this time of the year to swim with children but it got much warmer by the end of our stay. There is also an indoor pool which allowed children for 2 hours each morning and they loved going there.

Great ocean view. Good pool area and excellent Spa. Took a boat tour of the hotel and it was a nice experience.

To be improved

Staff of the hotel and restaurant weren´t prepared. Not what you would expect from a Leading Hotel. Location is nice for the view, but it is far from everything else, there arent restaurants nearby, only the ones inside the hotel which the service is not very good.

Both the staff and service were incredible. Super kind and helpful. Amazing room and food was great

To be improved

Very very pricey. Would make sense at around 300 euros a night on the higher side and i paid double that. Also there is nothing near the hotel no city center. Its just isolated so why visit that part of town.
