The best

Amazing location with silence and tranquility, great views of the mountains and the valley. The hotel itself very fancy and beautifully decorated. We loved the honesty bar and the breakfast, as well as the common area with games. We could overstay for an hour and use the beautiful garden and wi-fi for a class.

To be improved

At check-in the lady at reception on seeing my EU ID card (from an Eastern European country) asked "Is this your residence permit card?". She took a long time to copy the information and make a copy of my ID (which is absolutely fine, she should take as long as she needs) all the time saying "This is all for the police", "The police will need this information", "If there is a problem the police will ask for every detail". Then checking in my travel companion from Spain they said "With your DNI there is no problem". It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and honestly discriminated against.

“Peaceful and quiet place”
The best

It was very quiet and peaceful. Very small village with narrow road for a 2 ways traffic. I was on a working trip so for me it was perfect to enjoy the view of the nature after a long working day.

The best

very nice quiet, secluded, extremely calm and serene for nature lovers, the only sounds heard were the cows and their bells day and night very good place for people who wants to meditate , write a novel, or paint I recommend the big room with panoramic windows very clean, extremely helpful staff all, Maria , Selvia , Mariam they all took extra measures to make our stay enjoyable the breakfast is fresh and delicious
