The owner Juan was absolutely amazing with all his help.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Great, would stay again, just when it’s a bit warmer!
The villa was spacious and well-equipped.
Had everything needed for a great vacation.

“We enjoy with family with pool and near by beach”
Nice Villa stay with family
Nothing
“Nice, but expensive villa and not value for money.”
Location was great, closely situated (5-7min walk) to a local cove with lovely beach, and within walking distance (30-35min walk) to Palma and the main beach, shops and restaurants. The villa was a good size, with plenty of double rooms most having their own bathroom and the pool was a generous size. The owner Juan lives behind in converted part of the villa perimeter, which is all sectioned off and remains private, but when needed he was helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The damage deposit normally required upfront of any stay typically is a block on your credit card, but the agent managing this villa required a bank transfer of 1,200 EUR which is not always an option for people. The electricity provided was only for 50 EUR and with air conditioning being used during my stay (6 nights) incurred nearer to 200 EUR, which I think is disproportionate given how much I was paying overall - 460 EUR per night. This electricity overcharge was deducted from my damage deposit before being paid 1 week after check out. Given the cost of the stay, I expected better facilities such as cooking utensils, what were supplied were old and dirty looking and many not supplied, meaning we had to compromise, for example no baking trays and no oven gloves. I also expected the beds to offer more comfort, but they were quite basic and uncomfortable. On day 4 the pool also had green algae gathering which meant we could not go in it for 2 days until Juan had come and improved the chemical balance - too late to alter the fact that inflatables were now stained with a green residue and put us off going back in for the last day. One final point, since the photographs listed in the booking are out of date, as there is photographed an area overlooking the pool where you can take a sun lounger, however this area does not exist as Juan blocked it off, so the sun longer area is small at the very side of the pool. One final thing is that the water throughout the villa, taps, showers and pool all tasted salty, and was not very pleasant.
