Villa Lisa Haus mit eigenem Pool

The owners were unwelcoming. Even though the house was booked for 6 people, when we informed them that there would be two of us and we would sleep in separate rooms, they prepared the two double beds with a single pillow and a single top sheet! The house was quite noisy due to poor soundproofing and the neighbors (you can hear everything from the common wall). furthermore, the boiler on the top floor was very noisy and not insulated and can be heard in the rooms up to the ground floor. From the bathrooms a terrible smell got from the sewer. the shutters are electric and in the master room they do not lower completely: in the same room there was a window without a shutter, with the room already lit in the early hours of the morning. the hot water was insufficient, just enough for a shower. then you had to wait for the water to heat up again. the house has a small swimming pool on the ground floor with an incomplete edge and consequently the risk of slipping. The few pots are without lids. privacy is not guaranteed ij as the owners left the external cameras on and we were forced to cover them! on the top floor there is a terrace which could not be accessed because it was locked. the house is almost 1 km away from the sea. We paid 100 EUR per 2 dogs

Would have been great to have just a couple chairs and a small table in the roof terrace or the balcony to enjoy the morning sun and the sunset.
