“Good value for money, but if you didn’t have a car you’d be struggling to get the keys from the centre of Calp”

Close to centre of Moraira. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool.

To be improved

A little dated and could do with update. Pool a little small. Had to pick up and drop off keys in another town.

Everything was clean, working and complete, Distance to the beach and the centre of Moraira is perfect, The exterior of the house looks cosy and the terrace is nice and clean and has enough space.

To be improved

The interior of the house is outdated (but perfectly usable). Wrong wifi password was on the letter we became.

To be improved

No air conditioning- couldn’t believe in 2022 there was no air conditioning. Portable room fans just did not do the job! Needs modernising and updating, the kitchen cupboard doors were falling off
