Villa showing some wear and tear, bathrooms especially with cracks on bath enamel and in second bathroom the shower tray. The shower head fitting against wall in second bathroom was loose also. Kitchen very small - one person in it at a time, so not for a family. Sink in a very awkward corner and again dated. Overall a very basic villa.

The facility is ok, especially outside, it's great to spend time there. Unfortunately, contrary to what is in its description, the internal space is approximately 60 - 70 m2, which is much less than 90 m2. We felt very cramped and uncomfortable. Intervening with the owners regarding a fair price reduction did not produce any results. The owner referred to the outline of the building from the outside along with the terrace (view from google maps), which is simply unfair. That's why we recommend this facility to everyone who doesn't mind a small, tight space and paying the price for a larger one.

We also booked this particular villa for the air conditioning, but 2 of the units leaked from the first night and weren’t able to be fixed (and just fyi they worked by coin meter so make sure you have lots of 1 and 2 euro coins). One of the double beds was a bit soft for our liking but the other beds were good. Would have been nice to have some hand soap for the bathrooms, washing up liquid etc just for convenience given the low cost of those.
