“Great location, great pool, average villa.”

The best

The outdoor space is excellent and offers a well sized pool and seating for socialising. Indoors the villa is a good size and offered sizeable bedrooms and storage space. The location was excellent with lots to do.

To be improved

The property is clearly dated - the kitchen isn’t in good condition and this is the same for the downstairs bathroom. The seating area, whilst nice, does not have any working lights and the furniture is worn. Despite these we still had a great holiday as the villa was just a base for us, but for those wanting to spend more time here I would look elsewhere.

“The location was good and Marbella was good . We left a deposit and they did not return it all, claimed we damaged an ol”

The best

Advertised as a 6 bedroom but only 4 bedrooms . The additional two rooms are located in a damp basement which can not be accessed from the rest of the house . It has damp issues as it smelled bad and the bathroom door would not close downstairs .

To be improved

We did not like the downstairs area which they advertised as the fifth and sixth bedroom . It was damp and had a bad smell and the bathroom door did not close . Definitely not bedrooms down there .

The big living room and the open spaces.

To be improved

The run down status of the Villa. The fridge was not working. The bathrooms were not in proper condition. Basically the idea of staying in the Villa is destroyed if the kitchen is not properly functional and to add to it the bad state of the bathrooms.
