The only downside internally is that the crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking equipment is very tired and mismatching. Not enough wine glasses and very small tumblers. Not enough knifes & folks, other equipment is tired and a bit grubby, for example the kettle is a travel kettle which is very very worn (makes only 2 cups of hot water-no use for 6 people). Spend a couple of hundred pounds on this and it would make a huge difference! Outside-the villa is on the 1st floor with steep steps up to both entrances, maybe a challenge for those with accessibility needs.

This place could be so much better. Great spot, great space, just poorly equipped, maintained and managed. No basic supplies on arrival. 1 dishwasher tablet for 4 nights, no laundry detergent. Not even a bottle of water for our late arrival. No HAND SOAP! Seriously guys.... The furniture is old, rickety and actually rusty. The poolside furniture is the cheapest available and so uncomfortable. The 'rule book' stated we had to use towels on the loungers, but only bath towels supplied. We arrived and we're excited to see a table tennis table. No balls wee supplied (this was too much to ask). For €200 per night, such a disappointment... Change your management company and invest in your property - it could be amazing!

Sofa was not cleaned properly- but it was then cleaned up by our request. The rest was well cleaned. Outside dining area was small for the number of guests. Furniture was dated.

The beds are really quite uncomfortable. We aren’t old people but are parents with children and the twin room beds are very soft. We both left with back ache. Also, some hand soap in the bathrooms on arrival would be helpful. There is so much provided anyway, but hand soap is essential, especially with children and toilet use.

We had a problem in the first part of the week with the air conditioning in two rooms. However the property manager responded very quickly when we raised the matter and the air conditioning worked very well subsequently.
