“Good”
“I would recommend this Villa completely.”
I loved the location of this property everything within walking distance. The outdoor space is perfect, spacious and sun all day and until sunset. In a height so get a breeze.
The third bedroom is super small and a bit claustrophobic and generally could do with a little updating , beds were comfortable but a bit old.
“Amazing”
Absolutely stunning big pool very private area an quite bins close buy
Cockroches in the wardrope we found bout 4, our hot water went but was rapid fixed next morning beautiful villa clean inside an out.
“Our stay overall was relaxing and enjoyable and the area of Tias & Matagorda is absolutely stunning”
My family loved the location, it was exactly what we had hoped for to be close enough to everything we needed like the beach and the strip yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. it was a really beautiful secluded area. I would advise anyone staying in the villa to rent bikes and you can go to Puerto Del Carmen old town & new within a 20 min beautiful cycle or alternatively, you can head in the other direction and hit Costa Teguise in about the same time.
We had been advised that the pool was heated which it was not, the cupboards and under the beds were really dirty and dusty when we arrived, the villa looked like it hadn't been lived in for a long time and was quite dated and the outside step which had a yellow hazard stickier on it was old and kept chipping off and pieces falling into the pool. The pool table and cues could do with some updating as both cues were broken and also the area around the BBQ (which we never used) seemed to be an area where the cats gathered for what looked like daily conferences. This villa could be an absolute beaut with just a little bit of love!
