The villa was in as new condition, everything clean and all we needed in place , pool was clean and communication was excellent, on one occasion I asked for a temp increase to pool and there was attendance 6 minutes after the request was read. Our host Gloria was most responsive to any questions we had and so accommodating on check out when she found out we had a late flight, will stay here again

Really well presented villa, spacious, great location. We were sceptical as previous reviews say about noise coming from car wash at petrol station, but when we arrived, we realised the people that left the reviews have the issues as it's minimal noise. Genuinely, it does not bother us in the slightest. You would want to be really petty to complain about it as it's literally a small compressor on a car wash. We honestly nearly did not book because of the negative reviews but so glad we did as was much less noise than we ever expected. In fact, we didn't even notice anything. There is a huge balcony area with breathtaking views. The showers were among the best we have stayed in. The kitchen had everything you needed to practically live there. The sun lounge area was huge. There was an outdoor shaded table which was great with the kids. The pool was bigger in person than in photos. The host was brilliant and not messing about. On the first morning, the pool was not filtering and cold,within 10 minutes, the pool maintenance guy was at it and was fixed. Note that this is a heated pool for anyone not sure about it. It has air conditioning in the main living area and the master bedroom, which was great to have. In the town of tias it's nice and quiet. There is a supermarket up the road and shop in petrol station itself which is handy. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed they done a fabulous job on this villa
