Nosey neighbours, dog mess on the lawn that had been left, weeds around the pool and patio, sofa on terrace was dirty, terrace parasol kept blowing over and even fell into the pool - poor quality of parasol base, kitchen cupboards smelt and were dirty/greasy, air conditioning didn’t work in the living room and leaked in the main bedroom hence the bedroom door doesn’t close, bathrooms were dated and both showers were poor water pressure, dead cock roaches found under beds, towels were very worn and stained.

General maintenance needs attention: 1. The enamel on the bath is peeling. 2. There are not enough glasses. 3. The kitchen tap needs fixing 4. The patio needs weeding. The grass needs cutting. 5. The BBQ needs fixing. 6. More glasses/cups are needed. 7. The shower in the en-suite is small. Some storage to put shampoo/shower gel within the cubicle is needed. 8. We never had a change of sheets or towels while we stayed. The cleaning lady did arrive the day before we were due to leave. Bit too late then.
