“We loved our stay at the villa. Very clean and comfortable with great recommendations from the very helpful hosts. The villa comes with use of a pool and it was very quiet every afternoon we were there some days we were the only ones at it! Brilliant holiday on a gorgeous island…. We definitely will be back!”

“Lovely villa in good location”
The best

The villa was good and well equipped. Plenty of space. It was in a lovely area. It was quiet in the day and pool area always quiet. Lots to do nearby. Volcano Hondo is a short drive away as were some beaches with the 'popcorn' on them. The closest beaches were rockier so not so good access to sea but El Coltillo beaches which are shallow and good for children only a 20 minute drive away. We enjoyed a lovely tapas meal in a restaurant in Lajares.

To be improved

Unfortunately at night people would walk by talking very loudly which disturbed us. There is no air conditioning so you have to have the doors open to get cool air through, can make quite alot of rattling noise from the screens when windy! There were alot of ants in the villa which got into our food when left out so need to make sure everything is kept in fridge or in containers which can't be got into!

“Overall good value for money for a winter sun escape!”
The best

Property was like the photos. Kitchen very well equipped for self catering. The pool area was lovely and always very quiet. Very good value for money Great beach recommendations from the owners - the good beaches are 20-30 mins drive but truly stunning.

To be improved

Whilst overall the kitchen and bedrooms were clean, some elements could be cleaner e.g. stained toilet and the windows were filthy so obstructed the nice views. Would be great to have some sun loungers rather than just chairs to maximise the roof terrace (we noticed the villa next door did have these). Overall the complex (not the villa) is a little tired.

The best

Well equipped kitchen, passion fruit in the garden, close to the swimming pool and tennis courts. Friendly, helpful & informative hosts.

To be improved

- missing tennis equipment - missing hair dryer - a bit squeaky beds - don't think that swimming pool is heated (info states that it is heated)
