The location of the villa was great for us being a 15 min walk to the beach. Having the split layout worked perfectly for us being a family of 4 with 2 girls

N/A for breakfast. Liked the location, the privacy, peacefulness and lots of space. I liked the modern, open plan layout of the villa. Not too far to walk into the Centre.

The best

Really beautiful spacious villa. Looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped, enough living space and outside is beautiful.

To be improved

Only thing what could be better is the shower in de 2nd bedroom. But it works. You are attacked by mosquitoes outside, so unfortunately we didn’t use the pool and sitting area as much as we wanted to.

“Great modern villa close to Port De Pollence - would recommend!”
The best

The villa was lovely. Modern and the kitchen in particular was fully equipped with everything that you would need. Location was good; only a short walking distance into Port de Pollenca. We would recommend the villa to others!

To be improved

The pool was freezing cold; too cold to enjoy. There wasn't enough towels for the whole week in our opinion. There were also various animals (dogs, rooster etc) making noises throughout the night, however we completely understand that this is outside of the owners control and this alone would not put us off booking the villa again.
