“Spacious house but would not return.”
The best

Location of the house is good in a quiet neighbour hood. Good layout. Nice pool. Easy to park outside property. Good beds. Spacious

To be improved

It wasn't cleaned very well and looked like it hadn't been sweeped outside for weeks or months. The AC was so old that it didn't collect down the house in the heat so we slept on sofa for 2 nights since it was the only cool room in the house. If you go during a heatwave then don't stay in this house unless they upgrade their AC systems. Nobody came to check on us when we arrived or when we left. And it is not mentioned on booking.com but in the villa is a long list of terms and conditions we were not aware of beforehand.

The best

Beautiful views, lovely terraces, pool area was very nice. Very quiet area apart from dogs barking. Lovely from the outside, all freshly painted and outside well maintained.

To be improved

The inside is in need of refurbishment. The kitchen and bathrooms are very dated and as such don’t seem clean. The air conditioning units in the bedroom are old and inefficient (we were charged an extra £146 for overuse of electricity for 6 days!!!! For 2 adults and a child!) The plastic sunloungers at the pool are very uncomfortable and not what you would except at a villa. The bbq is very dirty and needs replaced. While a welcome pack is always a nice touch, there was no water and we arrived in the middle of the night, so a 20 minute walk in the midday heat before we had anything to drink. I would say a car is essential unless you are happy to stay at the villa. It takes about an hour to book a taxi to come and collect you. There are other villas in Santa Ponsa that are much better value, this was too expensive for the facilities on offer.
