Villa Marions

The villa itself is run down and dated. The A/C is on a schedule of 6pm to 6am, not advertised on Booking.com. It's quite weak too. The place was unclean when we arrived (e.g. cigarette butts all around the pool). The upstairs room reeked of smoke, it was totally unusable so two people had to share a room the whole holiday. The electrics were dodgy, our toddler almost stuck his finger in an open cover where there were live wires. When we arrived, there was no one to contact because it was the weekend. They took more than half of our stay to even try to fix the problems, and when they finally did it was half-hearted and did not actually resolve the issues. On the final day, the cleaners turned up at 9ish even though checkout was at 10. Basically we were treated like **** the entire stay. Absolutely would NOT recommend staying here, it was a real disappointment.

It would be good to have had air con in the tv area at least in the evening, even if there was an additional cost involved.
