“Great property but the Air Conditioning was NOT FUNCTIONAL which was a big disappointment”

The property is brilliantly restored and classy in every way. The rooms and bath were excellent, the breakfast was of great quality and device was great. The location was deep rural and the setting made for great views and walks. Wi-Fi was good. There were additional touches like walking sticks and umbrellas made available at the entrance.

To be improved

Air Conditioning was CLEARLY MENTIONED as an ROOM AMENITY in Booking.com. AC was installed in the rooms but NOT FUNCTIONAL. The owners informed us that the Villa was designed to be environment friendly and AC was not on offer. My questions to them : 1. Then why were the rooms ADVERTISED as being Air Conditioned? 2. Then, why install an AC in the first place? were UNANSWERED. We chose this property because if the air conditioning, respite being located at significant distance from major locations in the Asturias. We feel cheated and disappointed

“Dreamy villa, perfect location”

The best

Villa Marta is the perfect location for a relaxing but also active getaway between the Pico de Europa and some dreamy beaches. The villa is a real gem, Rosa and Ana take care of every little details and make sure that you feel at home, interior design is wonderful, carefully selected furnitue pieces, breakfast is exactly what you need before a good hike in the mountains. Very practical secured car park, the view from the room is also lovely. It is the very best choice in the region.

“A small paradise .”

The best

Very nicely decorated and cosy house with a beautifull garden . The extra sitting space with view next to the room is a real plus. But most of all the generosity and care of the owners of the hotel is exceptionnal.

The best

The location is ideal as it is easy access to many of the historical sit. The breakfast is personalised and just perfect.

To be improved

I would prefer a fan/air conditioner instead of climate control as it was very stuffy and in such a location it's always best to sleep with a window open for fresh mountain air.
