When we did have problems with the television, the property representative was very quick and eager to help. She was extremely good.

To be improved

The property was in need of general maintenance. The electric gate to the property was broken. The garden furniture and umbrella were falling apart. There were numerous damp patches in and around the property and splashes of paint all around the terrace. There were no instruction books on any of the electrical items. There would probably be a number of English visitors and yet the television was only in Spanish. We could not operate it, had to seek help and then could not operate it again in the coming days. A number of the kitchen cabinets were falling apart.

“Relaxing stay in a fully equipped luxury villa.”

Very good large size villa, comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need. In a great location to the town and main travel routes. Perfect private swimming pool to relax in to enjoy the weather. Very quiet location. Hosts were a pleasure to deal with and provided a great level of communication throughout our stay. Key control was simple and everything was as described in the villa itinerary.

To be improved

Hot water system did provide you hot water but only a limited supply. Run a small amount of water (ok the bath was very large) and that was it for the whole day. Villa can sleep up to eight people, we were only two and the system wasn’t able to cope with our requirements for the full day.
