The best

Lovely and spacious. Had everything you need including air conditioning in main bedroom.Local shops and restaurants close by. Nice and quiet.

To be improved

Nothing. It was a great villa. There are two dogs next door which can bark alittle but it didn’t bother us!

Good location. Nice house with several gathering spots. Nice pool and gardens.

To be improved

*#1 issue - WEB CAM WALL MOUNTED IN THE BEDROOM! Illegal in many countries. *Have the pool heater turned on before you arrive - takes several days to warm up. Pool bottom dirty - needs frequent cleaning due to dust in the air. *Equip kitchen better -need hot pads for cooking. No paper products provided. Bring or buy everything you will need including dishwasher tablets. *Host does not speak English. Use Google translate to Spanish and text Spanish messages to communicate. *Water heater too small for the 5 of us to take short showers in the morning. *Barking dog next door.

The best

Absolutely loved Villa Marta, perfect location for us, quiet and private yet short walk to either beach n bars or shops n restaurants, pool was fantastic and outdoor seating very comfy n luxurious, very important as we spent nearly all our time by the pool. Mauro and Tatiana were very helpful and everything was spotlessly clean

To be improved

For us it was a bit too warm at night and the fans didn't make much difference so air con would have been great, but was a small thing

Nice location / quiet/ good swimming pool/ clean and tidy

To be improved

It could do with air conditioning even if we have to pay extra. The wifi did not work upstairs wifi was perfectly fine on ground floor. Needed lighter chairs or table. The furniture was too heavy to move and the tables were too low. This is our observation
