Good Location, nice pool and outside Area.

To be improved

Cockroach’s inside the House a issue for us. They were getting through the spaces underneath the Doors in the Living room and most commonly in the Kitchen. Living room sofas are the most uncomfortable I have sat on. No padding at all. The gate to enter the property can do with some adjustments as it can become a bit jammed. This was mentioned in previous reviews. Don’t normally like giving bad Feedback, The Villa could be something special with a little effort. No wifi upstairs in the bedrooms.

The best

Villa in a great location, air-conditioning was great, nice pool, everything was in there that we needed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

To be improved

Downstairs shower needs looking at as the shower head couldn't be adjusted sufficiently. More pillows on beds would be useful. Sunloungers are a bit dated.

We have stated in Papago 5 and compared to that this was much fresher. Bath had glaze, everything just seemed newer.

To be improved

There was no rattan furniture in the garden which would have made all of the difference to enjoying the outdoor space. Cost of heated pool should have been included in the price given it was winter months. Cockroaches in open drains but not much you can do about that. It’s all over the complex. We have only ever experienced that at these villas in all of the years of coming to Lanzarote.

The best

The villa was exactly as described. It was really comfortable and was well equipped with everything you would need. Communication was excellent before arrival. The location of the villa is ideal, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and shops. I would highly recommend it.

The best

The location is good. The facilities are also good. Beds comfy. The basics such as sugar, washing up liquid, shower gel was provided and very welcome. Also received a complementary bottle of wine.

To be improved

The communication was not great and no earlier check-in available. The nearest hotel's entertainment was very loud in the evening.
