Kitchen needs updating, and not overly clean. Lounge very dark. Villa very isolated.

The best

Fantastic location within an easy 5 minutes drive of Pollenca town and about 12 minutes from the port. Great layout. Worked really well with 2 families. Lots of space. The outside space is fabulous and so easy having the pool directly in front of the kitchen and sitting area so we could keep an eye on the kids while doing other things. Amazing views across to Pollenca and Alcudia. Lovely balconies and terraces from most bedrooms. All bathrooms save one (which has a bathroom opposite) were en suite. Air-conditioning (which was very much needed) in all bedrooms and in main living area. Very quiet and peaceful.

To be improved

Internally the Villa is pretty dated and basic although not untypical of other Mallorcan villas we have stayed in. The kitchen is on its last legs (very old fridge and oven). It is definitely on the rustic rather than luxurious side. A few bits of basic kitchen equipment not available. The bbq is in an odd location in an inner courtyard next to the washing machine/utility area which is quite antisocial for the chef when cooking. The responsiveness of the rep looking after the Villa was poor and a number of issues we had were not dealt with promptly which was unfortunate.
