Villa Matilde Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment Close to Beach

Absolutely everything, it would be hard to find a more perfect place. Lovely big apartment with a giant sized balcony which was great to sit out on at any time. All facilities were fantastic, the apartment is thoughtfully prepared and you have everything you need. In fact we said that this apartment would be perfect if we were looking for a long term stay - it was truly like having a new home.

The apartment is situated in a nice new building at the first floor. It was easy to find it. It is very clean and cosy. It looks even better in real life than in pictures. The hosts thought about every detail to make the stay of their guests comfortable and pleasant: cleanliness, design, air conditioning, comfortable furniture in every room, plenty of bath and kitchen towels, etc. I could feel myself like at home. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your food. It even exceeds expectations and has some essentials like tea, coffee, olive oil, sugar, salt, rice, seasonings etc. There is a big balcony with furniture. We didn't use it as it was too hot. There are Lidl and Mercadona within 6 min. walk from the apartment. We came by car so a garage parking space was a big advantage for us. Gibraltar is within 30 min. by car. If you like new experiences, I would recommend to go there to see monkeys, St Mickael's cave with its amazing light show and of course to go to dolphin watching tour.

Sabinillas is a nice village with a serene atmosphere and a friendly human touch, close enough to the hustle and bustle of Estepona and Marbella, but retaining its treasure box splendor and laid back feeling of a smaller town. This Sabinillas apartment is an ideal place for families and friends, close to 2 supermarkets (Jamon, Carrefour), a playground, pharmacy, gas station, and obviously, the playa. It is fully equipped, no need to bring any appliances. The AC and the fans provide cool moments after a hot day on the beach, which is 10 mins walk away. A good number of nice simple restaurants are also within walking distance, our 2 favorite choices of food were the pil pil and the swordfish steak. You can park your car on the street for no fee. Adrienne, the host is always available to answer questions via WhatsApp, and most importantly, knows the secret location of bin liners :) The place is exactly like in the pictures, no catch. All things considered, for more than 2 travelles, this apartment may very well be the perfect choice.
