We had issues with the hot water, after several visits they agreed lukewarm water is not hot enough and then sorted the boiler The WiFi is shocking which was quite a issue for us as we needed to work online We asked for a 1pm check in, was refused as the cleaners didn’t go in until around 2pm yet on the day of departure they arrived at 10am
