“Poor facilities. No hot showers. Flea bites.”

The views and pool. Although the road to get to the villa was a treacherous mountain edge. I walked up and down it all week.

To be improved

For the first two days there was no shower working. There was no oven. Air con in just one room. A broken bed in room 2. One pillow per double to share. Terrible lighting. Cracked fridge door. One mug for 4 people. Lack of crockery. Our two children were covered in flea bites. The holiday company refused to acknowledge the complaint.

Dingy villa, poor bathroom with bad smell, not cleaned properly. When we arrived, we first had to clean kitchen and refrigerator before storing or preparing food. Table tennis rackets unusable, handles perished. Air conditioned, no. I AC unit in main bedroom, not working correctly. Pool lights etc can’t be switched on. Bulbs used in and around Villa are so cheap energy savers, the quality of light was like fluorescent bulbs, penny wise pound foolish approach.
