“Mixed feelings about an otherwise lovely stay (June 2024)”

Great accommodation, location and initially very friendly and hospitable host Mercedes. Lovely stay worth repeating were it not for the bitter confusing ending

To be improved

The initial deposit wire transfer is somewhat unconvential, but other reviews took away our doubts on this. Unfortunately, the unpaved poorly lit entrance road on an incline led to an accident one night damaging the entry gate and our rental car. Host Mercedes understandably took the estimated gate repair cost from our deposit. But then refused to merely confirm our rental car insurance damage form (as the other involved party), eventually blocking our communication on WhatsApp. This left us confused and saddened about an otherwise lovely stay. We still hope this can be resolved, as it is a significant amount and we simply don’t understand why Mercedes refuses to cooperate on this small administrative confirmation to complete the insurance claim. It would be wonderful to update our review to reflect only the positive experience that we had until that point.

the villa is in centre to every party location just 30 mins away in a peaceful area...good place to chill after a hectic schedule...the owner is very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions...good place to stay with group of friends and family...you can hire a rental car for travelling from villa...grocery store is just 15 mins away or u can use runnersdelivery app for home delivery...recommend for those who like peaceful location ...

“An amazing spacious private villa away in the hills that we'd 100% rebook and stay in again”
The best

An absolutely wonderful 7 night stay at Villa Mercedes that we'll be sure to book again if ever visiting Ibiza. Host Mercedes and Tony were so accommodating and helpful with finding us a rental car, booking taxi's, advice on where to visit and see etc. The villa was fully equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

To be improved

The unpaved road leading up to the villa has some large potholes which didn't really bother us in the rental car as we just drove around them slowly but our return taxi transfer to the airport (a Mercedes vito van) refused to come up to the villa to pick us up. Luckily our host Mercedes came to the rescue and called a taxi for us who arrived very quickly and got us to the airport just in time!

“Perfect stay”
The best

The whole accommodation was perfect! The location was nice, the pool was very nice to cool down and clean! AC in all the bedrooms were very good too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to come back!
