Size of the pool, air conditioning in the bedrooms, short walk to the supermarket and great snorkelling about a 5 min walk

To be improved

Few lightbulbs were not working, no safe key and power tripped on a few occasions if too many appliances were in use e.g. washing machine and aircon

“Very enjoyable stay in Arenal”
The best

Location was excellent. Large pool. Beds were comfortable and air con in the bedrooms was great. Nice to have balcony/terraces both at the front and back of the property. Staff were very quick to respond to any problems.

To be improved

Main living area is upstairs, a ceiling fan would help enormously. No plastic pool-safe glasses. Don’t think the pool had been cleaned before we arrived- the water level was low and the pool floor was not clean. It looked fabulous after it had been serviced.
