Amazing villa, perfect for a family with 3-4 kids. Extraordinary ocean views from all floors and bedrooms. The villa features a filtered and heated pool, a barbecue, and a large sitting table in the garden. It’s a 5-minute walk to a nearby minimarket where you can find all your daily needs, and an 18-minute walk to two supermarkets. Located in the center of Questa de la Villa, a charming village with friendly people, cafes, and restaurants.

To be improved

The mattress in the main bedroom was not comfortable; I recommend it be replaced.

“Beautiful views and enjoyable stay had but some property maintenance needed”

The apartment is spacious and modern. The views are truly amazing and I never tired of them. Eduardo the host was excellent. He answered all queries promptly and was incredibly helpful. The kitchen had good facilities (though would benefit from some ovenproof dishes) but the coffee machine was a great bonus. There are really nice friendly restaurants within walking distance.

To be improved

The apartment is in need of some maintenance and repair. Eduardo was quick to respond to any problems and fixed issues that we highlighted (eg the iron didn't work so was replaced and a blind had fallen off the wall and was quickly fixed). The pool is no longer heated and therefore was too cold to use in December which was disappointing.

not clean not enough cooking equipment no teatowels / cleaning products / bin bags showers flimsy and sliders not working properly cracked windows slippery pool area thermostat in iron not working no air con no check out instructions no one to meet us tumble dryer not working properly clothes horse broken no lamps in 2 bedrooms cheap fans
