The pictures do not do justice to the Villa, it was lovely.

To be improved

The orientation of the location meant we could not have the sun on the pool, the pool was too cold to use as we would have liked! The hot water took about 3-4 minutes to reach the showers, just a little annoying ( very minor)!

Excellent location directly overlooking golf course and the mountains behind, proximity to shop and 2 restaurants, excellent range of seating areas to suit different temps.

To be improved

Some maintenance required on doors and kitchen appliances, instructions on white goods absent, while we were there noise and some dust from construction works.

“Great house with private pool”

The best

Very good location close to Maspalomas and really nice staff taking care of the house. It was very clean when we arrived. The house is perfect for a small family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The pool which can be heated is great. A bigger one from the complex can also be used few houses above this one. There is also a practical small supermarket at the entrance of the golf course.

To be improved

Not much sun in winter as it is facing the golf course at the north but still a lot of light in the house.
