“Outstanding Villa, just a little too far from town.”
The best

Stunning, clean Villa near Costa Teguise. Amazing amenities with everything you can possibly need for a large group. Large pool, cinema room, pool table and ping pong were all used plenty of times and the garden gets sun all day long for sunbathing. Views from the balcony room over the pool are stunning but the main bedroom on the top floor unfortunately looks out onto a bit of a building site (see picture). Only other small thing I would say was that there are so many mod cons which we took a while to figure out how to control, we could have done with an instruction manual of some kind for all the equipment but we may have just missed it? Highly recommend car hire as it’s too far to walk into town and Taxis everyday became expensive. 20 minute walk to the nearest bus stop near the aqua park. These are all minor things and we had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful villa and loved Costa Teguise.

The property as a whole was beautiful and well equipped

To be improved

You are only provided with one towel, one hand towel and one swim towel per person (not including babies they were given none). Yes there is a washing machine but when towels aren’t dry there are no spares to use. The pool was very dirty due to the work in the area, when mentioned it was quickly cleaned but soon became dirty overnight again. Furthermore, the property was advertised as having a hot tub/jacuzzi neither of which the small part of the pool was - was same temperature as pool with no jets.

“Great Christmas/New Year family get together in a lovely villa”

We were a family of 14 and the villa, there was lots of space for us all and the villa had all of the facilities required. We had a lovely Christmas/New Year stay. The communication with the management/owner was great. Any problems were handled efficiently and professionally.

To be improved

The nice location area of the villa is still under development and hence there was noise at times.
