By far, the biggest disappointment was the pool – it was absolutely freezing. 🥶 We messaged about getting it heated and were told: > “The pool heating is set to 28°C during the winter months. In the summer, most pools are around 26–27°C.” There’s no way the pool reached anywhere near 26/27°C the entire time we were there. They offered to heat it for €32 per day, but considering it was overcast for most of our stay, the water remained uncomfortably cold. We hoped that after raising the issue, they might offer to heat it for at least the second half of our week — but no such luck. A real shame, as this ended up being the biggest letdown of the stay.

“fantastic Villa in a great location just behind the main strip and less than 5min walk to the beach.”

The best

the Villa is an excellent size for 6 people and appears to have recently been refurbished to a good standard. WIFI was good (lost it for 24hrs but quickly fixed) and this had Netflix on which was great for the kids when they were sitting out of the sun. pool was heated and clean and the aircon was excellent, turning a hot room into a cool one within a minute! sun beds were practically new as was the furniture. plenty of wardrobe space too. great location… a minute from the main strip (Poco Loco restaurant) and less than 5min walk from the beach (Waikiki). 10-15min walk to water park which was great for kids (ours aged 14, 12, 10 and 8).

pool table could do with new cloth/balls and levelling up.
