Villa Nazoly

The villa was stunning extremely clean and home from home. The best feature was the pool absolutely huge but also very cold, it’s a big pool to heat and as there were a few overcast days it was cold although this didn’t stop our 8 year old getting in!

The villa could only be entered by code and only after 3.00pm, we did arrive early but unable to get in even a minute before time! Then when we did get into the villa and closed the front door, you could not open it again to get out as the lock mechanism was faulty which meant climbing out of a window and opening the front door from outside! Anyone with mobility problems could not do this. Tha lock was fixed 2 days after our arrival, not good

Very quiet location, you need to walk past other properties but no one was there, it was so peaceful. You need to walk for 10 minutes to get a bus to any location, Arreciefe, Costa Teguise, Puerto del carmen we visited them all. At the top of the hill is the famous Omar Sherrifs house. One shop in the village one restaurant. Most places 10-20 mins by bus.

The villa is well-appointed and very spacious inside and out. The open-air spaces are well thought-out so that the sun is captured at most times of the day but there is adequate shade should you need to get away from the heat. Help was offered by the owners as soon as it was needed (to work the telly!). There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants within walkng distance and Teguise is about half a mile up the road but unless you're really fit a hire car is advisable. Overall, really impressed.
