Villa Nica

Fantastic villa, we have an autistic child and was perfect for him. He had his own space and able to have down time in the office which we set up with his toys. The pool area is perfect size for a family and very safe!

The villa was spectacular. It has every facility a family of five could ask for, especially the air conditioning, beautiful pool and Wifi throughout the villa (important when you have teenagers!). It is located in a quiet residential area outside Costa Teguise but the taxi rank is quite close to the villa and the fares into the centre are very reasonable. We chose to hire a car from a local car hire company which enabled us to explore the island. The host, Acaymo, was most helpful and made every effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. He provided lots of advice on places to visit over the course of the week which was very much appreciated. He also left out a large bottle of water and beautiful chilled white wine from Lanzarote which was a lovely touch when we arrived. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa nica to other visitors.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

The host is super responsive and so helpful. We had a small issue with WiFi, which was sorted as soon as possible. There was water in the fridge, so welcome as we arrived late. Also, a really nice bottle of wine, a welcome gift. Really nice pool and a short walk to the local supermarket. No complaints , the weather was very mixed, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted to. Recommend this villa for families or groups of friends 🧡

We’ve had seven nights stay and it was absolutely perfect nice and clean pool with a comfortable bed . The Villa was very well organised I am highly recommend this villa and we are looking forward to book it again soon.

Spacious accommodation. Very comfortable. Loved the sumptuous cream leather sofas and generally the quality furnishings. The outdoor furniture was also great . Acaymo was a great host and very responsive. Access to the property was straight forward. The provision of coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets was welcome. Whilst the property is a little out of town it’s easy to travel in ( in our case: walking or taxi) . We typically hailed a passing cab. Fares into town are €5-6 and a little over €20 for airport transfers. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous house with absolutely everything we needed for a lovely family holiday. Good WiFi which we haven’t had in previous properties in the area. Acaymo was an excellent host and so accommodating. We’ll definitely book again!
