It was a big house with enough bedrooms.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Unfortunately, there was no power at the pool area and no outdoor lighting, which made the evenings feel quite dull and lacking in atmosphere. The power in the kitchen wasn’t working either, and despite attempts, they were unable to fix it during our stay. There was no hot tub or warm water available, which was very disappointing. Additionally, some of the conifer trees in the garden had been burned, something we were not informed about in advance. Some of the windows didn’t close properly either. While the hosts did try to resolve the issues, they were ultimately unsuccessful. After our stay, we requested compensation due to all the problems we experienced, but unfortunately, there was very little empathy shown. We only received a minimal refund, which was far from what we consider fair or acceptable. This experience was very disappointing overall.

“Pleasant with minor bumps that can be easily addressed if host more responsive”

The space and location are amazing, the outdoor garden has pool and tub with quite peaceful atmosphere ,rooms are smaller than in a picture but good size except for the basement two rooms ;one is ok but without bath and the second one has too tiny beds my teenage kid didn’t fit! Definitely it has to be changed

Host wasn’t responsive the AC in one bed room wasn’t working, they sent maintenance while we were not at home ( which is a big no!) and insisted that it’s working while all during stay it wasn’t and they didn’t try once to meet us at property and fix the issue Bathroom in basement wasn’t working where water would drop if you flush Master bedroom shower would sink the whole bath and water leaks to bedroom while showering The basement bedrooms has no sunlight and should be priced less Price should be compared to 4.5 bedrooms villas and when you do that with same facility price is expensive
